1. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it.

Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt.Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.

2.1 Return Acceptable

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

Regular washing is an important step to keep your wig looking fresh, soft, and natural. Proper care helps maintain the curl pattern, shine, and overall quality of your wig.

Follow these steps:

• Fill a sink or basin with warm water.
• Add a small amount of gentle shampoo with nourishing ingredients, then gently soak your wig in the water.
• Carefully squeeze out excess water. Avoid twisting or wringing the hair, as this may cause tangling.
• Rinse the wig thoroughly with clean water, gently squeeze out extra moisture, and pat dry with a towel.

Quick Refresh Tip:

If you don’t have time for a full wash, you can refresh your human hair wig by spraying a mixture of water and conditioner onto the curls.

Just like natural hair, a little moisture can help restore curl definition, softness, and bounce — giving your wig a fresh, healthy-looking finish.

How To Deep Condition Your Wig

Over time, wigs may experience dryness, tangling, or frizz due to daily wear, improper storage, or product buildup. A deep conditioning treatment can help keep your wig soft, manageable, and long-lasting.

For better wig maintenance:

• Apply a deep conditioner or nourishing oils (such as coconut oil or olive oil) to your wig before and after wearing it.
• Avoid using too much styling product, especially heavy hairsprays, as product buildup can increase tangling.
• Once a week, soak your wig in warm water and apply conditioner generously from the ends upward toward the roots.
• Allow the conditioner to absorb for around 20 minutes to restore moisture and softness.
• Rinse with warm water, then finish with a cool water rinse to help seal the hair cuticle.
• Use a soft towel to gently blot away excess water. Avoid rubbing the hair, as this can cause frizz and tangles.
